The Energy Settlements Module powered by the EnSuite® calculation engine performs shadow computation of energy charges using ISO’s tariff and market settlement rules. The calculation engine is a configurable, template-driven computational framework supporting a wide range of calculations and is extensively customizable.

Exceptional performance of calculations and the UI make for quick and easy analysis, data mining and reporting. The UI design provides effective validation with one-to-one comparison between shadowed values and ISO statements and invoices.

EnSuite® Energy Settlements supports large data volumes and data intensive computations. Flexible aggregation of calculation rules and data sources together with full versioning allow for settlement estimation, validation, shadow, and what-if analysis without missing a beat.

Users can easily customize calculation rules and data sets to simulate market changes, evaluate settlement impacts, and investigate the effect of disputes. Current settlements, historical re-runs and market initiatives are all conveniently calculated and evaluated in a single environment. Runs are completed in a matter of minutes and displayed immediately through the UI or exported via the reporting interface.

Standardized one-click reports cover a wide range of common data requests, while the ad-hoc query interface features pre-built data objects with a custom query panel to allow users to build custom reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
